Via Transportation is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth across the North American Western territory. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role focused on building and closing partnerships with city governments, transport authorities, and private operators.
You will navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial conversation through deal closure. Key responsibilities include executing go-to-market strategies tailored to the West's unique public-sector procurement landscape, creating data-driven business cases that demonstrate how Via's platform improves ridership and efficiency, and acting as a trusted advisor to city leaders designing future transit networks. You'll represent Via externally through conferences and industry events, contribute thought leadership on modern mobility, and share market intelligence with product and strategy teams.
Via's platform serves as the technology backbone for modern public transportation, transforming siloed systems into smart, data-driven networks. With hundreds of agency partners globally, Via is the leading transportation technology provider. This role sits at the intersection of technology, public policy, and real-world impact on urban mobility.
Required qualifications include 6+ years in sales, business development, or strategy with proven success in enterprise, government, infrastructure, or tech-enabled services. A background in public transport or mobility is strongly preferred. You must demonstrate a track record of winning complex deals driven by trust and influence, strong analytical and storytelling skills, and the ability to adapt communication across boardrooms, conferences, and proposals. You should be curious, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, and possess sound commercial judgment. Collaboration and thriving in high-ownership environments are essential.
Compensation includes a salary range of $145,000–$165,000 (plus equity and variable pay), comprehensive health coverage with low-cost dental and vision, 401(k) with generous company match, fully paid parental leave, family planning and mental health support, pet insurance, and 20 days of PTO annually.
