Orchard Robotics is building AI-powered technology to automate farming decisions and secure America's food supply. The company has raised $25M+ from leading investors including Quiet Capital, Shine Capital, and General Catalyst. Their AI-powered camera systems mount to tractors and scan millions of trees, vines, and plants to capture precise data on yield, fruit size, crop health, and disease. This intelligence flows into FruitScope OS, their farm-management platform, enabling growers to make better decisions and reduce chemical use and operating costs. As Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will own and grow a geographic territory serving major growers, farm-management companies, institutional landowners, and other large agricultural operations. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and developing value cases through structuring pilots, closing deals, and expanding multi-region accounts. Success requires understanding how customers make crop decisions, demonstrating the value of industry-leading technology, and building trust with both field teams and executives. Key responsibilities include owning an enterprise territory representing 100,000+ serviceable acres and closing high-stakes deals; generating pipeline through industry relationships, targeted outbound prospecting, and industry events; leading the full sales cycle from discovery and in-field demos through ROI development, negotiation, and close; building trusted relationships with farm managers, agronomists, executives, and technical stakeholders; maintaining accurate forecasts and disciplined CRM management; representing Orchard at industry events and trade shows; and helping shape pricing, product strategy, and market positioning as the company scales. Required qualifications include 3-7+ years of agriculture or ag-tech sales experience with both real grounding in agriculture (growing, agronomy, ag equipment, ag inputs, or packhouse operations) and a proven sales track record. You must have proven success closing six-figure contracts with enterprise buyers, deep understanding of the agricultural sales cycle, strong communication and negotiation skills, and comfort operating independently. You must be willing to travel approximately 25% of the time, be fluent in written and spoken English, and able to travel to the United States for onboarding, sales kickoffs, and customer visits. The company offers medical, dental, and vision coverage with 100% of employee premiums covered, best-in-class uncapped commission, and competitive base pay. You will report to the VP of Sales and work directly with the entire team. The role offers meaningful ownership at a rapidly growing, category-defining company with autonomy over the sales cycle, hosting industry events, conducting on-farm demos, and shaping how the company scales.
