Honeycomb is a Series D-funded observability platform serving Fortune 500 companies including HelloFresh, Slack, LaunchDarkly, and Vanguard. Named to Forbes' America's Best Startups in 2022 and 2023, the company has scaled past 200 employees and is expanding its enterprise footprint.
You'll join a high-performing strategic sales team focused on moving Honeycomb deeper into the enterprise market. This role is built for experienced enterprise closers who excel at navigating complex, multi-threaded deals in the $500K–$1M+ ACV range with Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 companies.
Key responsibilities include owning and driving 6–12+ month sales cycles with large enterprises, building strategic relationships across engineering, DevOps, observability, and procurement leadership, and selling consultatively with deep understanding of customer business and technical landscapes. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Product, and Customer Success to shape tailored, high-value deals, deliver predictable pipeline growth, maintain accurate forecasting, and exceed quota targets. You'll also represent Honeycomb at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.
You bring 7+ years of full-cycle enterprise SaaS selling experience, ideally in DevOps, observability, or cloud infrastructure. You have a proven track record closing $500K+ multi-year deals with complex buying committees, strong executive presence to influence C-level stakeholders, deep discovery and consultative selling expertise, and experience with enterprise sales frameworks like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message. You thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments with grit, ambition, and a bias for execution.
Honeycomb is a fully distributed company that values how you deliver over where you sit. The company invests in people, emphasizes trust and autonomy from day one, and maintains a talented, opinionated, inclusive culture. Benefits include generous equity, transparent pay based on experience level, unlimited PTO, home office and internet stipends, full benefits coverage, up to 16 weeks paid parental leave, and annual development allowance.
