Narvar is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Promise team, a core product that uses AI/ML to show shoppers accurate, personalized delivery dates across product pages, carts, and checkout. The Promise platform learns from billions of shipments across Narvar's network to drive conversion uplift for merchants and build consumer trust in delivery predictability.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering, you will manage a team of frontend, backend, and data science engineers. Your responsibilities include owning the Promise roadmap and delivery end-to-end, partnering with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams. You'll set technical direction by staying hands-on—reviewing PRs, debating architecture, and driving an AI-native approach to building. You'll maintain a high quality bar, running short hypothesis-driven cycles to ensure shipped features don't break customer trust. You'll also build the team by hiring strong engineers, setting clear OKRs tied to product goals, and managing performance decisively.

You should be located in Canada and able to work within EST/EDT or PST hours. The role is fully remote.
