onsemi's EM Test Engineering team is seeking a Senior Test Engineer based in Suzhou, China to lead probe and test operations for advanced manufacturing and test services (OSAT partners including JCAP NanTong TongFu, HuaTien KunShan, HuaTien NanJing, and onsemi facilities). You will manage test cell operations, probe docking and interface setup, and coordinate across multinational teams to ensure production quality and yield.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing probe/test operation tasks and activities at subcontractor facilities in China
- Conducting on-site troubleshooting for test production and project activities
- Performing continuous yield analysis and improvements across test backend operations
- Managing lot dispositions and maverick lot resolution
- Overseeing major subcontractor KPIs including MPE cycle time and lot reject rate
- Coordinating and communicating across multinational teams to deliver results
- Supporting VDA 6.3 audit processes

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor projects or sustaining activities
- Familiarity with test cell knowledge and test operation flow
- Experience with probe docking and interface setup
- Proficient English (required)
- Capability to coordinate and communicate across multinational teams
- Organized, fact-focused, and integrity-driven approach
- Familiarity with VDA 6.3 audit process (preferred)
