As a Senior Engineer in Platform Infrastructure, you will be a core member of the team responsible for building and operating the platform that internal engineers and customers depend on. This is not a static system—the platform is continuously improved through every deployment, outage, bug fix, and process optimization. You will think critically about infrastructure challenges, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and drive both technical improvements and process enhancements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, building, and maintaining scalable platform infrastructure
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks and reliability issues
- Automating manual tasks and improving operational efficiency
- Contributing to architecture decisions that support the company's growth
- Mentoring and collaborating with other engineers on the platform team
- Continuously improving tooling, deployment processes, and developer experience
This role requires someone who views infrastructure as a living system requiring constant iteration, not a finished product. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, take ownership of problems, and have a track record of building robust systems at scale. Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed systems is valuable.
