As a Senior Flutter Engineer, you'll join a rapidly expanding engineering organization working on Tide's mobile platform. You'll be part of a small, autonomous team within a specific business domain (e.g., Payments, Business Services), owning micro-frontends that power the Tide application.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, creating, and maintaining rich product features across business areas
- Making technical decisions that impact multiple teams and shape Tide's platform strategy
- Learning and sharing knowledge with engineers through experimentation and collaborative learning
- Building new and existing products with an exciting roadmap of features
- Mentoring less experienced engineers and contributing to engineering excellence
- Working in multi-disciplinary agile teams with product owners, designers, architects, and business stakeholders
- Participating in the Flutter Community of Practice to set guidelines and standards
- Delivering a "WOW" user experience while ensuring resilient, error-free, and scalable code
