LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior EMEA Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing strategy and execution across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. This is a senior individual-contributor role reporting to the International Marketing Director, focused on building and executing high-impact field marketing and events programs. Key responsibilities include owning the complete EMEA field calendar end-to-end—from strategy and planning through execution and post-event follow-up—across owned events, third-party conferences, sponsorships, executive roundtables, and partner co-marketing initiatives. You'll lead the regional sponsorship approach, negotiate packages and deliverables, and coordinate with agencies, partners, and vendors. The role emphasizes designing differentiated, memorable experiences that go beyond standard execution to genuinely engage audiences and build brand awareness. You'll partner closely with EMEA Sales and SDR teams on field activities, on-site engagement, and structured post-event follow-up, serving as a credible internal voice for Marketing. You'll own reporting and ROI tracking—monitoring leads, pipeline capture, and spend against marketing activities—and report results to leadership. Operating independently, you'll define approach, budget requests, formats, and vendors in alignment with Sales needs and international Marketing strategy. Over time, you'll expand scope to contribute to broader regional marketing campaigns including digital, ABM-style programs, and localization efforts. Required qualifications: 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with focus on events and field campaigns; proven track record owning full event calendars end-to-end with close sales collaboration; direct experience negotiating sponsorships and managing multiple vendors and stakeholders; hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot), and event management tools (Splash, Bizzabo, Cvent). Experience supporting regional campaigns, working across European markets (DACH, Central EU), additional language skills, and cultural awareness across EMEA are valued. Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to guide internal stakeholders independently required.
