Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Product Manager specializing in Design-to-Build (DTB) ERP processes to join the ArsenalOS team. ArsenalOS builds the digital infrastructure powering Anduril's design, sourcing, manufacturing, delivery, and sustainment operations at scale—not a traditional IT organization, but a product-focused team building, customizing, integrating, and operating systems that make physical operations faster, more reliable, and scalable. In this role, you will orchestrate cross-functional, cross-system core processes flowing through Anduril's Oracle Fusion ERP. You will partner with stakeholders spanning engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, accounting, and finance to understand business needs, design solutions, and ensure digital tools align with company objectives. Key responsibilities include: - Maximize ERP value capture on Design-to-Build initiatives by addressing shortcomings, extending functionality, and engineering workarounds to minimize Oracle Fusion technical debt - Partner with internal and external customers to provide guidance on Oracle Fusion capabilities and collaborate with architects to design or remediate ERP solutions for dynamically changing business needs - Empower DTB processes across the enterprise, including PLM integration, bills of materials, routings, standard costing, inventory management, and DTB reporting - Uplevel understanding of ERP capabilities across ArsenalOS and improve functionality of related tools (PLM, MRP planning, MES, WMS) - Work with product managers owning other core workstreams (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) to address their DTB needs and deliver low-tech-debt cross-functional capabilities - Deploy configurable integrations between tools like PLM and MES platforms to create a seamless digital thread - Enable automation and AI through the digital thread; drive adoption of new tools allowing downstream teams to focus on solving physical problems - Develop metrics and feedback loops measuring engineering throughput, process time, simulation coverage, and build readiness - Drive user adoption and change management for new pre-ops digital capabilities Requirements: - 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing ERP systems and their integrations in complex environments - Deep expertise in the interplay of engineering and manufacturing processes between PLM, MES, and ERP, with hands-on experience leading Oracle development - Product-oriented, outcome-driven mindset focused on business success over system elegance - First-principles thinking: solving problems based on company needs, not vendor recommendations or past practices - Excellent business and technical communication skills, written and oral, with ability to convey messages persuasively at appropriate detail levels - U.S. Person status required (access to export-controlled data) - Ability to work in-office full-time and willingness to travel 25–50% to other sites
