AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Client Sales to lead a global sales team focused on the Financial Services market. The role involves managing enterprise relationships across buy-side and sell-side financial institutions, with responsibility for a global team spanning NAMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. You will serve as the CEO of your business unit, managing aggressive growth targets across a portfolio of strategic global clients. Key responsibilities include developing and executing long-term account strategies with short and medium-term execution plans, building C-level and senior business relationships, and coordinating with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Sales Development, Product Specialists) to drive revenue outcomes. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with deep expertise in the Financial Services market and a proven track record managing global sales teams. You should have extensive experience building and leading high-performing teams that consistently exceed targets, with a reputation for delivering results and maintaining a winning culture. Strong consultative selling skills, ability to manage complex enterprise deals, and experience with both transactional and strategic account management are essential. You will be expected to travel globally to meet with clients and team members regularly. The role requires excellent communication skills, ability to distill complex issues into simple terms, and proven ability to build trust and credibility with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
