Salary: USD 224,000 - 280,000 / annual
Jasper is seeking a Senior Director of Growth Marketing to build and scale the company's enterprise growth engine. Reporting to the CMO, you will lead an integrated growth organization spanning field marketing, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, account-based marketing, and organic growth (SEO, GEO, AEO). You'll partner closely with Sales to accelerate Jasper's enterprise, account-led growth strategy while driving predictable pipeline and revenue.
This is a highly cross-functional leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll lead a high-performing team and pioneer how AI transforms modern growth marketing—from campaign execution and personalization to experimentation, measurement, and optimization. You'll work closely with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Product, and the executive team.
Key responsibilities include: building Jasper's integrated growth strategy across paid media, lifecycle marketing, web, SEO/GEO/AEO, field marketing, and account-based marketing; leading world-class enterprise marketing programs including field marketing and account-based marketing strategy; partnering deeply with Sales leadership to define target accounts and drive predictable pipeline generation; owning growth performance through data-driven funnel analysis and optimization; and building and developing a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
You should bring 10+ years leading B2B SaaS growth or revenue marketing with enterprise sales experience, a track record of building pipeline through integrated digital, lifecycle, ABM, and field marketing programs, deep expertise in performance marketing and modern growth strategy, strong analytical instincts, experience building and scaling marketing teams, a strategic yet hands-on operating style, curiosity about AI and demonstrated ability to apply emerging technologies, and excellent communication with executive presence.
