Boulder Care, a Series C digital clinic for addiction medicine, is seeking a Senior Director of Growth Marketing to build and own the company's digital growth engine. This is a strategic leadership role managing performance marketing across paid (SEM, paid social, programmatic), organic/direct, SEO, and emerging channels like directories and digital partnerships. You will lead a nimble internal team and manage agency partners, owning acquisition efficiency metrics (CAC, LTV:CAC, payback period) and the overall demand-creation mandate. Key responsibilities include: setting strategy and budget allocation across all acquisition channels; driving peer-to-peer/word-of-mouth scale with measurement systems; building and scaling a broad digital channel portfolio including net-new channels; implementing a high-velocity A/B testing framework across the funnel; owning growth strategy for new market launches (new states); leading and developing your team while holding agencies accountable; making data-driven growth decisions with Analytics partners; and extending LTV through retention and re-engagement initiatives. You bring 10+ years in growth or performance marketing with meaningful experience owning acquisition budgets and managing teams. You have demonstrated ownership of a full performance marketing mix (SEM, paid social, programmatic, SEO) and fluency with emerging AEO landscapes. You have a track record of scaling acquisition efficiently, standing up new channels and launching new markets (not just optimizing mature programs), and understanding interconnected growth levers across the business. You have experience managing agencies and deciding what to bring in-house, have built and/or managed growth teams, and possess strong analytical skills (attribution, experimentation, GA4, Looker, mobile attribution tools). You are biased toward action, comfortable with ambiguity, and operate autonomously in fast-moving environments while maintaining composure.
