This is a new Senior Director role building IonQ's field marketing capability across EMEA from the ground up. The successful candidate will develop the regional marketing motion, translating commercial priorities into high-impact campaigns, events, account-based marketing, and executive engagement programs. The focus is on creating demand and measurable commercial impact in partnership with Sales and Go-to-Market teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and executing the EMEA field marketing strategy to generate pipeline and accelerate strategic deals
- Leading regional campaigns, account-based marketing, strategic events, and executive engagement programs tailored to local markets
- Building and leading a high-performing field marketing team across EMEA as the region scales
- Using data, pipeline performance, and campaign ROI to inform planning and prioritization
- Partnering across Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Events, and broader Marketing organization
The role requires 15+ years of marketing leadership experience in high-growth enterprise or emerging technology companies, with a proven track record leading regional and/or international marketing teams across complex, multi-country markets. The position is based in Oxford with flexibility for remote work within EMEA, and involves up to 40% travel per quarter.
