As Senior Direct Marketing Manager II, you will own Apollo's emerging direct and offline channel portfolio, including Connected TV, Performance Audio, Out-of-Home, and Direct Mail/Gifting. You will drive top-of-funnel brand awareness with quantifiable performance metrics, bringing the rigor of performance marketing to channels traditionally treated as unmeasurable.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning strategy, planning, and execution for CTV, Performance Audio (podcasts, streaming, radio), OOH, and Direct Mail/Gifting campaigns
- Building and scaling Apollo's audio program across programmatic audio, podcast sponsorships, and direct partnerships
- Designing and executing incrementality testing programs (geo holdouts, halo studies, matched market tests) to quantify business impact
- Collaborating with Creative teams on briefs, concepts, and production for channel-specific, performance-oriented creative
- Managing media buying relationships, vendor partnerships, and agency collaborations
- Partnering with Marketing Analytics & Data Science to build measurement frameworks and reporting infrastructure
- Working cross-functionally with Brand, Sales, and Finance to align programs with pipeline goals and budget priorities
Required expertise: 8+ years in performance or brand marketing with hands-on ownership of direct and offline channels at high-growth B2B SaaS companies. Deep expertise in incrementality measurement, geo holdout testing, halo effect studies, and matched market experiments. Strong creative partnership skills and experience with programmatic CTV and audio buying platforms. Highly analytical with performance marketing mindset, comfortable defining KPIs and presenting results with statistical rigor. Experience with ABM frameworks and ability to build programs from scratch in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
