TRM Labs is seeking a Senior Deployment Strategist to own the success of strategic private-sector accounts in North America. You will serve as a trusted advisor to crypto businesses, financial institutions, and fintechs, driving adoption, retention, and expansion of TRM's AI-powered intelligence platform for financial crime investigation and compliance.
In this role, you will own a portfolio of strategic commercial accounts and validate success metrics with named stakeholders and economic buyers. You'll develop and execute 30/60/90-day success plans, protect and grow private-sector revenue by defending gross retention and identifying expansion opportunities, and serve as the Voice of the Customer to shape product and engineering roadmaps.
Key responsibilities include: managing senior stakeholder relationships and driving retention/expansion outcomes; using AI tools (Claude) to accelerate account planning, QBR preparation, and customer-health analysis; triaging customer signals daily to catch risk and opportunity early; building reusable AI-assisted workflows and templates that scale across the team; and distilling complex financial crime and investigative concepts for audiences from analysts to executives.
You'll work in a globally distributed, async-first environment with core overlap during North America business hours. The role involves weekly customer syncs, bi-weekly health syncs, occasional off-hours monitoring for critical customer issues, and occasional travel for in-person customer meetings, trainings, and events across North America.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in crypto businesses, financial institutions, or fintechs (compliance, investigative, or customer-facing roles); hands-on financial crime, AML, sanctions, or investigations experience; proven track record owning senior stakeholder relationships and driving retention/expansion; fluency with AI tools (Claude) for research, drafting, and analysis with sound judgment on verification; ability to build reusable AI-assisted workflows; and clear communication skills translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
