Panorama Education seeks a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to own the strategic direction and performance of integrated growth initiatives driving new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. This is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of pipeline-driving programs.
You will translate company revenue targets into scalable campaign strategies, oversee cross-functional execution, and deliver measurable business impact. The role requires both strategic thinking and operational rigor, with clear accountability for pipeline performance.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing multi-quarter growth strategies aligned to company revenue goals; owning acquisition and expansion campaign planning across Panorama's core solutions; partnering with Marketing Ops and RevOps to establish pipeline targets and forecasting models; and defining audience strategy and channel investment priorities.
You will serve as the strategic lead across cross-channel growth initiatives, aligning paid media, field marketing, lifecycle marketing, content, and sales enablement efforts into cohesive campaigns. You'll ensure full-funnel alignment from awareness through opportunity creation and expansion, oversee campaign timelines, performance tracking, and optimization plans.
Additionally, you will design and lead programs to drive cross-sell and upsell within existing districts, partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to align growth initiatives to renewal cycles and strategic account plans, and develop scalable account-based growth approaches for priority segments.
You will own pipeline and revenue contribution across growth initiatives, establish structured experimentation frameworks to improve conversion rates and efficiency, analyze performance trends, and present insights to marketing leadership. You may mentor or guide junior team members, even without formal people management responsibilities.
Success is measured by growth programs consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets, clear forecasting accuracy and performance visibility, increased expansion revenue from existing accounts, scalable campaign frameworks that improve efficiency over time, and strong cross-functional alignment with Sales and Customer Success.
