NetBox Labs is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead strategy and execution of demand generation programs. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll own the full funnel from awareness through pipeline, managing integrated campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), email nurture, social media, and website optimization. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to drive measurable pipeline contribution.
Key responsibilities include designing and executing multi-channel campaigns with performance accountability; building and scaling an ABM program targeting enterprise accounts with tiered plays; owning end-to-end email nurture strategy across free users, trial accounts, and enterprise prospects; developing organic social strategy focused on LinkedIn for technical audiences; managing website projects with agency partners, design, and product teams; and partnering with Product Marketing on messaging and asset development. You'll be expected to track, report, and iterate based on data, with accountability for pipeline contribution rather than vanity metrics.
Required experience: 6+ years in B2B demand generation at SaaS or engineer-focused companies; proven track record building integrated campaigns that drive pipeline; hands-on ABM experience (not just strategy); high-growth startup or scale-up environment; strong command of marketing automation (HubSpot, Claude Code, or equivalent) and CRM; comfort pulling and interpreting data; cross-functional website project management; sharp written communication skills; ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
Bonus qualifications include experience marketing to technical audiences (network engineers, IT ops, infrastructure teams), familiarity with open-source communities or product-led growth, and experience leveraging Claude or other AI tools for campaign development and process automation.
