As a Senior Customer Success Manager for Strategic Accounts on the West Coast, you will own relationships with Attentive's most important clients and lead their program strategy in a consultative, data-driven manner. You will manage all aspects of their acquisition and messaging programs, serve as the primary point of contact for strategic goal alignment, and work cross-functionally to maximize customer value while driving retention and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining deep relationships with strategic customers throughout their entire lifecycle—from goal-setting and implementation through value delivery, expansion, and renewal
- Delivering consultant-level perspective in all customer interactions, working independently with autonomy over technical and strategic decisions
- Leading customer meetings and presentations, both in-person and virtual, representing Attentive at industry events and functions
- Analyzing customer usage patterns to forecast renewals accurately, maintain visibility into the renewal pipeline, and proactively identify and manage account risk
- Identifying expansion opportunities by understanding customer needs for new products and integrations, translating feedback into product requirements
- Owning revenue forecasting and strategic account planning for your portfolio
You bring 5+ years of customer success or account management experience in MarTech, with deep expertise in growth and retention strategies. You have a track record of collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to define requirements and implement solutions. You are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable learning new software tools (CRM, data management, internal platforms). You thrive in complex, fast-moving environments with tight timelines and cross-functional teams. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and customer service software like Catalyst is expected. You have a genuine interest in software and entrepreneurship.
