OneTrust is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (P3) based in Bengaluru to manage a scaled portfolio of smaller accounts across APAC and the Middle East. This role bridges the gap between digital-only coverage and strategic named-account management, focusing on protecting ARR, improving customer outcomes, and delivering in-timezone support.
Unlike traditional strategic CSMs who manage a small number of complex $100K+ accounts, this position runs a lighter, more programmatic motion across a larger book of business. The focus is on scalable value delivery, renewal readiness, product guidance, risk identification, and coordinated customer support rather than deep executive engagement or highly customized strategic account plans.
Key responsibilities include managing a scaled portfolio of smaller accounts (primarily in the $50–100K ARR band) using repeatable engagement models such as success planning lite, adoption check-ins, renewal-readiness touchpoints, and proactive risk reviews. You will help customers progress toward their intended outcomes by driving adoption, use-case expansion, and practical platform guidance. You will monitor portfolio health, identify churn risk early, and run lightweight renewal-readiness motions in partnership with Sales, Renewals, and Support teams.
You will provide practical product guidance and partner enablement support, coordinate cross-functionally with Support, Product, Professional Services, and CSAs to route issues and remove blockers, and surface recurring themes and friction points that can improve playbooks and scaled motions. The role also includes flexibility to step in and preserve continuity when strategic coverage is disrupted by attrition or transitions.
This position was created to address a coverage gap in International Customer Success. OneTrust has identified a meaningful population of customers below the strategic named-CS threshold who still need guided support. The role supports higher retention, better APAC and Growth coverage, greater resilience during attrition or handoffs, and allows strategic CSMs to focus on their highest-complexity accounts.
Ideal candidates combine Customer Success discipline with technical fluency, strong operational rigor, and the ability to manage a higher-volume portfolio without sacrificing customer experience.
