Rokt is the global leader in ecommerce, powering 13 billion transactions annually for brands like Live Nation, Fanatics, Macy's, PayPal, and Uber. The company has grown from a Sydney startup to a $3.5B organization with 700+ employees across eight offices and 15 markets, maintaining 40%+ CAGR for over a decade. This Senior Customer Success Manager role owns the full launch-to-scale lifecycle for a portfolio of Rokt Ads advertisers in the ANZ region. You will manage the complete journey from onboarding through sustained, scaled spend, with full accountability for account plans and stakeholder relationships. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the full advertiser lifecycle: onboarding, performance tracking, and scale management - Independently identifying high-potential advertisers and making prioritization decisions on resource allocation - Building and running disciplined account review cadences, tracking ROAS/CPA and spend targets, and proactively managing churn risk - Owning senior stakeholder relationships with advertiser marketing and performance leaders, running high-quality business reviews - Acting as the senior point of contact for accounts, handling escalations and negotiating additional investment - Partnering with Business Development on structured handoffs from sales to onboarding - Coordinating cross-functionally with Solutions, Analytics, Operations, and Product teams to remove blockers - Identifying and executing expansion opportunities within your book - Building repeatable Customer Success practices and playbooks for Rokt Ads in ANZ You bring 5+ years of customer success, account management, or performance marketing experience with a track record of owning senior stakeholder relationships independently. Experience with performance advertisers, agencies, or adtech/martech is strongly preferred. You have demonstrated ability to take accounts from early ramp to scaled, retained revenue. You possess deep performance marketing fluency and can lead problem-solving on ROAS/CPA, incrementality, attribution, and measurement design. You have proven judgment in portfolio triage and strong executive presence for high-stakes business reviews. You operate with a builder mindset, creating scalable practices rather than working within existing processes. You're comfortable partnering cross-functionally and are willing to be in the Sydney office at least 4 days per week. Rokt values mission-driven, curious explorers with a bias for action. The culture emphasizes transparency, diversity, and smart humble people building a disruptive business together. All employees receive equity in the company and access to best-in-class technology and market-leading AI/ML innovation.
