SPARETECH is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own strategic relationships with a portfolio of enterprise customers in the manufacturing sector. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving long-term value realization, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy. Key responsibilities include: - End-to-end ownership of enterprise customer accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion - Building strong relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers at manufacturing companies - Proactive success planning to identify risks and growth opportunities early - Driving retention and sustainable account growth through measurable value delivery - Representing SPARETECH at strategic customer meetings, events, and regional roundtables - Partnering with VP Customer Success, Product, and Sales to enhance customer journeys and build scalable CS practices - Contributing to product feedback loops and CS process improvements Required qualifications: - 4-7 years of Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with enterprise customers in complex, technical, or manufacturing environments - Deep understanding of CS models, customer segmentation, retention levers, and expansion motions - Ability to independently manage complex customer portfolios and prioritize effectively - Confidence building executive relationships and running strategic conversations - Firsthand experience with manufacturing processes and industry knowledge - Fluency in both German and English - Willingness to travel 2-4 times monthly within the DACH region - Technical curiosity and ability to build deep product knowledge The company offers a hybrid setup with flexibility to work from home, Stuttgart, Munich, or any Design Office in Germany.
