Salary: USD 145,000 - 145,000 / annual
Seeq is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive retention, growth, and customer delight across a multi-million-dollar book of business. This role is critical to the company's mission of helping industrial organizations extract business insight from process data.
As a Senior CSM, you will serve as the primary customer focal point and trusted advisor for enterprise accounts at Fortune 500 companies. You will develop deep understanding of customer business objectives and proactively execute initiatives to drive customer outcomes and maximize ROI. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing success plans aligned with strategic initiatives, delivering quarterly Customer Success Reviews, driving adoption through onboarding and training, owning the renewal process to minimize churn, and collaborating with sales, product, and support teams to anticipate and meet customer needs.
You will identify expansion opportunities across sites and business units, respond to customer concerns by connecting them with appropriate resources, and advocate for feature enhancements based on customer gaps. This role requires strong data-driven decision-making, ability to translate corporate objectives into account strategy, and expertise in navigating IT/OT priorities within large multinational organizations.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role for a B2B SaaS company or similar technology company with exposure to multinational organizations, OR 5+ years working with/in industrial/manufacturing organizations
• Knowledge of time-series and data analytics in manufacturing; understanding of IT/OT needs and priorities
• Experience interacting with and presenting to Senior Director+ levels at global Fortune 500 companies
• Data-driven mindset with understanding of customer health indicators and ability to pivot account strategy
• Ability to translate corporate objectives into strategic account priorities and gain stakeholder alignment
• Experience owning the renewal process
• Experience collaborating with Sales and Services organizations to build and execute account plans driving customer advocacy and expansion
