Ripple is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and value realization for enterprise treasury customers using Ripple's treasury solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Treasurers, and finance executives, guiding them through their entire customer lifecycle—from onboarding through strategic expansion. Key responsibilities include developing and executing Value Achievement & Success Plans that align Ripple Treasury solutions with customers' financial objectives (cost reduction, liquidity optimization, payment efficiency). You'll manage the end-to-end customer journey, establish regular executive touchpoints, and conduct business reviews to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes. You'll also identify expansion opportunities, address obstacles proactively, and act as an internal advocate for customers across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams. You'll work closely with Account Managers to manage a portfolio of enterprise treasury accounts, scaling customer lifecycle engagements through automation and strategic programs. This role requires navigating complex organizational dynamics, presenting to C-suite stakeholders, and maintaining disciplined tracking of health metrics and customer outcomes. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in customer success, account management, or enterprise software sales, with deep knowledge of corporate treasury operations (cash management, FX, liquidity, payments). Direct experience in treasury or finance roles is strongly preferred. You should be intellectually curious, data-driven, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving fintech environment. Experience with blockchain-based payments or emerging fintech infrastructure is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required; MBA a plus. Occasional travel to customer sites and industry events expected.
