Ripple is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and retention of its treasury solutions with enterprise financial institutions. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, treasurers, and finance executives, guiding them through the complete customer lifecycle—from onboarding through strategic expansion. You'll develop and execute value achievement and success plans tailored to each customer's treasury operations, cash management, FX, liquidity, and payment workflow objectives. Key responsibilities include building deep relationships with senior finance stakeholders, establishing regular executive touchpoints, and co-creating success metrics that demonstrate measurable business outcomes such as cost reduction and payment efficiency. You will manage customer health proactively, identify expansion opportunities, and act as an internal advocate, partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to resolve obstacles and relay critical customer feedback. You'll develop scalable customer engagement programs including executive business reviews, feature announcements, and utilization tracking. This role requires strong project management discipline, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics in enterprise financial environments. Required qualifications: 7+ years in customer success, account management, or enterprise software sales, ideally in treasury management, fintech, banking, or SaaS. Deep understanding of corporate treasury operations (cash management, FX, liquidity, payments) is essential. You must be comfortable engaging with C-suite stakeholders, possess strong executive presentation skills, and demonstrate a track record of driving measurable business value. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required; MBA a plus. Occasional travel to customer sites and industry events expected.
