As Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be the second hire in this function and own the post-sale customer lifecycle for enterprise and strategic accounts. You'll lead onboarding and implementation for key customers, designing personalized success plans that maximize value from Inscribe's fraud detection solutions. Your responsibilities include building deep customer relationships, driving product adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, and conducting quarterly business reviews to align on performance metrics and product roadmap feedback.
You will act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with product and engineering teams to incorporate customer insights into development priorities. You'll manage technical issue triage, looping in appropriate team members based on customer needs. You own critical success metrics including retention, renewals, and account growth, reporting on customer health through weekly deal reviews.
This is a high-impact role with the mandate to build a world-class customer success function from the ground up. You'll work closely with the GTM team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure customer happiness drives company growth. The role is hybrid, requiring presence in San Francisco three days per week.
