Notabene is building infrastructure for the digital economy, enabling regulated financial institutions and fintechs to launch digital asset products with unprecedented efficiency. The company has ~50 employees across 14 countries, recently closed Series B funding (November 2025) with backing from Y Combinator, DRW, F-Prime, Jump Capital, Castle Island, and Green Visor Capital.
As Senior Customer Success Manager for Americas, you will own a small portfolio of enterprise financial institution and fintech customers from contract signature through implementation, adoption, renewal, and expansion. This is a high-autonomy role where you drive growth within existing accounts by identifying and qualifying opportunities across adjacent business units, entities, regions, and products—then partnering with Sales to close them.
Key responsibilities include: managing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through expansion; running your own renewals and upsells with pricing negotiation authority; conducting business reviews to shape renewal outcomes; serving as the technical point of contact for enterprise customers, working directly with their integration teams on APIs, webhooks, and transaction data; guiding customers through Travel Rule compliance programs and stablecoin payment products; maintaining long implementation timelines typical of financial institutions; building cross-functional relationships internally (compliance, operations, engineering, C-suite) to ensure the customer relationship doesn't depend on a single contact; bringing customer and competitive insights back to product, sales, and marketing; maintaining accurate records in HubSpot; and some on-call duty outside office hours.
You bring senior-level experience in Customer Success or Account Management at a crypto, fintech, or regtech SaaS company, or in another complex technical market managing enterprise customers. You are comfortable with technical products—reading API documentation, understanding request/response patterns, diagnosing integration issues, and credibly engaging with customer engineers. You have commercial ownership experience, having run your own renewals and upsells with pricing negotiation and retention/expansion targets. You have a track record of growing existing customers and collaborating with Sales on expansion opportunities. You are a self-directed operator who owns details and moves without waiting for processes to exist. You have patience for enterprise sales cycles, slow ramps, and committee-based decision-making. You bring good judgment with people and genuine interest in solving their problems, with credibility spanning both integration engineers and CFOs.
Nice-to-have qualifications include Travel Rule, stablecoin payments, or digital asset compliance experience; prior experience at a company that moved up-market into enterprise; Solutions Engineering, implementation, or technical account management background; experience with banks and regulated financial institutions entering digital assets; and experience building Customer Success processes and playbooks from scratch.
