Cyera is hiring a Senior Customer Success Engineer to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion of its AI trust and data security platform. The role is based in the New York Metro area with 25-50% annual travel to customer sites.
You will serve as the primary technical expert and trusted advisor for Cyera's enterprise customers, working across all organizational levels from practitioners to C-suite executives. Key responsibilities include:
- Onboarding and training customers on the Cyera platform, ensuring they understand its capabilities and best practices
- Conducting deep discovery to understand each customer's unique requirements, challenges, and business outcomes
- Designing and delivering customized use cases that align with customer goals using a consultative approach
- Proactively monitoring customer health and usage metrics to identify expansion opportunities and at-risk accounts
- Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving blockers that impede customer success
- Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement
- Developing joint success plans with customers to drive sustained adoption and ROI
- Advocating for customer feedback and influencing Cyera's product roadmap
- Mentoring junior team members and participating in hiring to build out the customer success organization
- Documenting and sharing best practices internally and externally
This is a high-impact role where you'll directly influence how Fortune 1000 enterprises adopt AI securely. You'll combine technical depth with consultative selling skills, acting as both a problem-solver and strategic advisor. The position offers significant growth potential as you help shape how the world's largest organizations implement AI trust infrastructure.
