Snowflake is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to own and scale the company's premier co-marketing program centered on strategic, iconic customers. This role serves as the architect of Snowflake's most visible customer storytelling moments—flagship films, keynote appearances, integrated paid campaigns, and web experiences that position top customers on the world's biggest stages. You will own the end-to-end program for a portfolio of Tier 1 customers, from account discovery and story qualification through campaign concepting, production, launch, and reporting. The role combines executive relationship management, campaign strategy, and creative ambition. You'll identify and curate compelling customer stories, working closely with account executives and teams to secure executive buy-in and build trusted, long-term relationships with Snowflake's most strategic accounts. Key responsibilities include: developing full co-marketing campaign concepts that lead with customer impact; managing the bill of materials for each campaign (flagship films, homepage takeovers, paid/organic social, web hubs, case studies, press releases); serving as the central orchestrator across Brand, Creative, Social, Web, PR, ABM, and Executive Communications; securing customer approvals through complex brand and legal review processes; connecting campaigns to high-visibility moments like Summit keynotes and product launches; strategically recruiting and nurturing a portfolio of customer advocates; and tracking campaign performance and pipeline health with monthly leadership updates. You thrive at the intersection of customer obsession, strategic partnership with Sales, and bold storytelling. You're equally comfortable in rooms with Fortune 500 CDOs and in working sessions with creative agencies. You operate with a bias toward ambitious storytelling, high tolerance for ambiguity, and deep commitment to making the customer the hero. The role reports to the Director of Customer Marketing and partners closely with multiple cross-functional teams and external agency partners.
