Yoodli is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to own the post-sale customer lifecycle, advocacy, and proof engine. This is one of the first dedicated marketing hires focused entirely on customer relationships and will report to the Head of Marketing.
Key responsibilities include:
**Advocacy Program**: Build systems to identify and match Yoodli's most successful customers with speaking opportunities, peer reviews, and conversations with prospective buyers. Create sustainable processes for customer storytelling.
**Customer Outcomes & Proof Points**: Work with customers to document their results with Yoodli and translate them into compelling formats—brief stories, quotes, statistics, and proof points—for use across the website, sales conversations, and campaigns. Maintain freshness and accuracy over time.
**Partner Co-Marketing**: Build and execute co-marketing initiatives with the Head of Partnerships, including joint campaigns, co-branded assets, approval workflows, and webinar programming.
**Reputation & Review Management**: Own G2, Capterra, TrustRadius, and similar platforms. Create easy pathways for customers to share feedback publicly and manage the company's presence across review surfaces.
**Customer Communities & Events**: Plan and program user groups, Customer Advisory Boards, customer-only events, and recognition moments. Own agendas, content, and relationships to ensure genuine value for participants.
**Customer Communications**: Manage the monthly customer newsletter, milestone campaigns, adoption nudges, and editorial calendars across customer touchpoints. Focus on helping customers extract more value from Yoodli.
You'll work daily with Growth Marketing, Customer Success Managers, Customer Education, and the Head of Partnerships, sitting at the intersection of Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing.
**Requirements**: 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with 3–5 years specifically in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer success enablement. Proven track record building or scaling customer marketing programs at Series B–D startups. Demonstrated impact on measurable outcomes: Net Revenue Retention, expansion pipeline, advocacy scale, or churn reduction. Hands-on experience with customer newsletters, advocacy programs, reference programs, and lifecycle campaigns. Strong writing and storytelling skills. Fluency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms. Working knowledge of customer success tooling. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making. Modern, AI-forward approach to work—using AI tools for research, drafting, content production, and iteration. Comfort operating in ambiguity and defining best practices for new programs.
**Differentiators**: Experience marketing AI, productivity, or experiential learning SaaS. Background spanning B2B customer marketing and B2C brand/community work. Experience at companies with PLG plus enterprise motions. Track record building customer advocacy or reference programs from scratch with systems to prevent reference fatigue. Direct involvement in community programs (user groups, CAB, events) that drove measurable retention or revenue. Experience running review platforms as a real demand and retention lever.
