The Customer Marketing team serves as Alan's voice to customers and channels customer feedback back into the organization. This team sits close to commercial and customer conversations to develop sharp narratives and scale programs that drive customer adoption, commercial effectiveness, and business growth.
In this Senior Customer Marketer role, you will own broad, strategically important customer marketing outcomes. Your responsibilities include:
- Turning customer, market, and field insights into positioning, messaging, and narratives that resonate
- Helping commercial teams communicate and adopt Alan's value proposition effectively
- Designing customer and segment-specific go-to-market programs
- Supporting rollout, adoption, and feedback loops across teams and markets
- Bringing field signals back into Marketing, Product, and business decision-making
- Converting customer discovery and market monitoring into actionable recommendations
- Scaling useful assets, programs, and ways of working across markets and segments
- Challenging the framing of complex customer, commercial, or market problems
- Building scalable systems for insight, narrative, rollout, adoption, and feedback
- Influencing senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and local markets
- Anticipating second-order effects and creating leverage beyond your own execution
- Raising the quality and consistency of Customer Marketing practices across the team

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong track record of owning broad or strategically important Customer Marketing outcomes
- Experience making complex trade-offs across customers, markets, teams, and business priorities
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to identify systemic opportunities or constraints
- Experience building scalable systems, programs, or ways of working
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority
- Excellent communication, narrative, and strategic thinking skills
- Comfort operating in complex, ambiguous environments and creating leverage beyond individual execution
- Hiring range: D-E level (per Alan's compensation framework)
