Wiz is a fast-growing cloud and AI security platform trusted by over 65% of the Fortune 100. The company recently became part of Google, combining its technology with Google's Threat Intelligence and Security Operations capabilities.
As a Senior Customer Experience Manager (West), you will serve as a trusted advisor to Wiz's largest and most strategic enterprise customers, guiding them through their multi-year cloud security journey. You'll own diverse projects and initiatives focused on cloud security, collaborating across Sales, Support, Success, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver transformational outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of strategic customer projects with emphasis on cloud security best practices
- Interfacing with and influencing key stakeholders from technicians to CISO level
- Establishing deep understanding of customer business vision, culture, and cloud security requirements
- Building strong relationships across customer organizations
- Evangelizing Wiz value and influencing adoption of secure solutions
- Ensuring customer understanding and execution of Wiz guidance while advocating internally for customer needs
- Leveraging communication and program management experience to guide customers through adoption stages
You'll work with Fortune 100 customers managing complex, large-scale cloud transformations. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of cloud security and SaaS offerings.
