Salary: USD 110,000 - 151,000 / annual
Wiz is a rapidly growing cloud security platform trusted by over 65% of the Fortune 100 to scan and secure over 230 billion files daily. The company recently became powered by Google, integrating Google's Threat Intelligence and Security Operations into its AI-powered platform.
As a Senior Customer Experience Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Wiz's largest and most complex enterprise customers, guiding them through their multi-year cloud security journey. This is a strategic, customer-facing role requiring deep engagement across technical and executive stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning diverse projects and initiatives focused on cloud security, collaborating with Sales, Support, Success, Product, and Engineering teams
- Building and maintaining strong relationships from day-to-day technicians to CISO level
- Establishing deep understanding of customer business vision, culture, and cloud security requirements
- Evangelizing Wiz value and influencing customers to adopt secure solutions at the right time
- Guiding customers through post-onboarding adoption stages with emphasis on robust cloud security practices
- Solving customer security challenges innovatively while overcoming internal political blockers
- Identifying and pursuing strategic cloud security opportunities to deepen product use or expand to new business units
- Providing TCO analysis and business case assessments aligned with customer security objectives
- Accelerating cloud security adoption by defining milestones, removing blockers, and implementing secure migration processes
- Driving customer enablement through comprehensive training strategies for technical and non-technical roles
- Implementing governance structures prioritizing security aspects of the partnership
Required qualifications: 6+ years as a CSM, AE, or similar customer-facing strategic role; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to learn Wiz offerings and pricing with agility.
Preferred: proven track record with Fortune 100 customers using cloud-based technology; experience managing strategic customers with entrepreneurial problem-solving mindset; deep understanding of Security SaaS offerings and pricing models.
Must be located in the Eastern United States.
