AlphaSense is a market intelligence platform trusted by over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500. The company combines AI-driven search with a universe of public and private content (equity research, company filings, event transcripts, expert calls, news) to help sophisticated organizations remove uncertainty from decision-making.
You'll build AlphaSense's enterprise education capability from the ground up as a foundational member of the Revenue Marketing organization. This is a greenfield opportunity to define what "great" looks like for enterprise customer education: engagement triggers, success criteria, completion metrics, and impact measurement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as a hands-on consultant embedded in enterprise account implementations, partnering with Customer Success, Implementation, Lifecycle Marketing, and Revenue teams
- Design and deliver custom, private education programs tailored to each account's structure, use cases, and commercial goals
- Act as a strategic advisor on deployment strategy, helping clients understand how to roll out AlphaSense effectively—including API-based integrations into their existing tech stack
- Define scoping criteria for engagements to ensure education resources drive maximum impact and don't become open-ended account ownership
- Establish repeatable patterns and frameworks that scale across the enterprise motion
- Design attribution models and prove ROI for programs without established measurement frameworks
- Free up account teams to focus on relationship building and strategic conversations by taking on deep, hands-on education work directly
You'll operate as a trusted consultant to clients, not just a trainer, helping accounts deploy and adopt AlphaSense correctly. The role requires comfort with technical concepts (APIs, integrations) to translate them into practical guidance, strong change management skills, and the ability to hold your own in conversations about deployment strategy and commercial impact.
