Cornerstone is seeking a Senior Customer Advocacy Manager to develop and execute customer advocacy programs across the EMEA region. This is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting to the global Senior Director of Customer Advocacy and Engagement. You will own the full lifecycle of customer advocacy initiatives in EMEA, including identifying and nurturing customer champions, producing high-quality written and video case studies, building and maintaining a pipeline of customer references, and sourcing customer speakers for events and virtual sessions. You'll collaborate closely with regional marketing, sales, and customer success teams to identify advocacy opportunities and align priorities, while supporting the global team on cross-regional initiatives and campaigns. Key responsibilities include developing EMEA advocacy programs that highlight customer success stories and business outcomes, tracking and reporting on program impact (customer retention, satisfaction, pipeline contribution), and monitoring customer feedback to continuously refine advocacy approaches. You'll also support sales and marketing teams with customer programs and help prepare customers for public-facing speaking engagements. The ideal candidate brings 6–8 years of experience in customer advocacy, marketing, communications, or related fields, preferably in B2B technology. You should have strong storytelling and writing skills with demonstrated experience producing customer case studies and video content. Experience managing customer reference portfolios, identifying and coaching customer speakers, and working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and customer success is essential. You'll need proven relationship-building skills, strong organizational and analytical abilities, and comfort working within a global team structure. Fluency in English is required; additional European languages (French, German, Spanish, etc.) are strongly preferred. A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
