Raisin is a leading fintech platform connecting consumers with banks across the EU, UK, and US to provide better savings and investment rates. The company manages over 80 billion euros in assets for more than one million investors. The Credit Risk Management team operates as the second line of defense, overseeing credit risks across Raisin's commercial, treasury, and financial counterparties. While Raisin does not engage in traditional lending, it faces credit exposure through receivables, guarantees, investments, and contractual obligations. As Credit Risk Manager, you will own the credit risk framework end-to-end, operating as a hands-on builder and independent risk partner. This is a technical, data-driven role requiring resilience in navigating complex stakeholder dynamics and expertise in modernizing risk infrastructure. Key responsibilities include: - Performing independent credit analysis of counterparties and transactions (corporates, financial institutions, sovereigns), evaluating financials, business models, and structures - Architecting and maintaining reporting infrastructure using Looker, Mambu, and Google Sheets with high data quality standards - Creating insightful risk dashboards and reporting that drive senior management's strategic decision-making - Maintaining strict oversight of credit portfolio developments, identifying sector concentrations and deteriorating risk profiles - Managing loan loss provisioning processes under IFRS 9 and ECL frameworks, including staging assessments and qualitative overlays - Ensuring adherence to internal risk limits and external regulatory requirements (CRR, MaRisk, Basel III/IV) - Managing risk-related projects and operational backlogs You will work closely with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Controlling, and Business Units to maintain a consistent and effective risk framework.
