You'll own the full creative lifecycle for Jerry's growth marketing: concepting, producing, and iterating performance ads across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV. This is a hands-on senior role where you'll drive both measurable results and brand quality elevation. You'll concept and produce creative end-to-end—from ideation and scripting through editing and delivery. You'll develop hooks, angles, and frameworks rooted in performance data, stay current with platform trends and cultural shifts, and translate analytics signals into better creative direction.
You'll manage and maximize agency and production partners through briefs and quality control, edit video directly using professional tools, and leverage AI tools (ideation, scripting, editing, asset generation) to accelerate workflows. You'll be the connective tissue between creative idea and measurable impact, helping build a scalable creative system that blends craft, data, AI, and media strategy.
The role requires 5+ years in performance-driven creative production, ideally at a performance media agency or in-house growth creative team at a DTC or app-based company. You need a proven track record producing high-performing creative for paid channels, strong performance creative intuition (understanding hooks, pacing, CTAs, conversion drivers), elevated visual taste, video editing fluency, and comfort with generative AI tools. Bonus experience includes both performance and brand/design agency backgrounds—knowing how to make ads that perform and feel premium without tradeoffs.
