Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Communications Manager to shape and deliver strategic internal communications for a fast-growing global organization. This hybrid role, based in San Jose, reports to Global Internal Communications and supports the Global Products and Technology function.
You will translate complex business and organizational changes into clear, inspiring narratives that build alignment around shared vision and strengthen trust, engagement, and retention across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work directly with the President of Global Products and Technology to shape departmental narrative and communicate strategy, priorities, progress, and organizational changes to the broader organization
- Create and deliver multi-channel communications including executive emails, newsletters, intranet posts, Teams updates, all-hands meetings, AMAs, video messages, presentations, FAQs, and manager talking points
- Write creatively and persuasively on sensitive topics to inform, inspire, and reduce uncertainty
- Transform conversations and ideas into thought leadership pieces that resonate with employees and external audiences
- Collaborate with Public Relations and Social Media teams on topics supporting external thought leadership
- Partner with People & Culture to plan and deliver communications for large-scale people programs, including performance cycles, talent processes, benefits updates, and policy changes
- Develop a steady communications cadence that strengthens organizational alignment and employee engagement
This is a strategic communications role requiring strong writing skills, executive presence, and the ability to distill complex information into compelling narratives. You'll be a key partner to senior leadership in driving organizational change and employee engagement.
