Voyager Technologies, a space, defense, and national security technology company, is seeking a Senior Coordinator for Talent Operations to execute high-impact talent and performance programs. This hands-on role reports to the Senior Director of Talent and Performance and bridges strategy with operational execution.
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end scheduling for interviews, on-site visits, and panel coordination across time zones while maintaining seamless candidate and interviewer experiences. You will partner with HR, hiring teams, and recruiters to prepare offer letters, share best practices, and maintain accurate records in the ATS and HR systems in real time. The role involves triaging sensitive issues, escalating appropriately, and coordinating recruiting events and career fairs.
You will own the creation and maintenance of change-management content for talent program rollouts—training materials, self-service guides, process documentation, and standard operating procedures—coordinating with IT, HR, and marketing communications to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging. You'll manage project workstreams end-to-end (such as talent policy updates) with accountability for timelines, content, and communication, and provide surge capacity during peak demand or transitions.
Additionally, you will support integration activities for acquisitions and entity onboarding, including communications, ATS training, internal customer care, and requisition management.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 10+ years of recruiting coordinator experience with proven project management and complex scheduling expertise, demonstrated ability to create employee-facing communications and training content, experience supporting program management activities, proficiency with multiple HRIS and ATS systems, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, comfort in fast-paced ambiguous environments, and proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
The role is fully remote with required working hours in Eastern Time Zone and may involve periodic travel to Voyager sites for key events and milestones.
