Suno is the world's fastest-growing consumer entertainment platform and leader in AI music generation, with over 100 million users creating original songs. Founded in 2023 by Harvard alumni, the company raised a $400 million Series D at a $5.4 billion valuation in 2026 and now employs 250 people. You'll be Suno's first dedicated CRO hire, owning conversion optimization across web and app stores. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you'll sit at the critical junction where marketing spend converts to revenue—landing pages, app store listings, funnels, and post-click experiences. Your core responsibilities include: deeply understanding Suno's ideal customer and translating that into high-converting pages, listings, and copy; shipping a high volume of landing pages across paid, SEO, lifecycle, partnerships, and new launches using the existing design system; owning app store optimization including listing copy, screenshots, and creative that drive installs; localizing pages and listings for international markets; writing persuasive, on-brand copy and testing variations rapidly; running A/B and multivariate tests at scale using AI and scrappy tooling; analyzing user behavior via heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, and analytics to identify drop-off points; identifying highest-leverage funnel opportunities by combining performance data, user research, and business context; owning conversion metrics end-to-end (conversion rate, install rate, CAC, revenue per visitor) across web and app; partnering with Revenue Product on paywall and upsell copy; and pushing conversion testing velocity and volume beyond what Suno has achieved. You'll partner closely with User Acquisition, Lifecycle, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams. The role demands a hacker mentality: moving fast, shipping high volumes of tests, learning quickly at scale, and prioritizing speed over perfect systems. You'll use tools like Statsig for experiment analysis, landing page builders like Optimizely or VWO, and behavior analysis tools like Clarity or Hotjar. The ideal candidate leverages AI to multiply their output and can distinguish genuine wins from dark patterns.
