Volta is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform backed by a $10B strategic partnership with a leading frontier AI lab, Series A funding from Andreessen Horowitz, and a $5B AI Infrastructure Fund. The company is redefining how organizations access compute through financing and capital structure models rather than traditional GPU procurement.
You will be the primary content creator and storyteller for Volta, reporting to the Director of Marketing. This is a high-visibility role that shapes the public identity of a fast-scaling AI infrastructure company at a critical moment when the market is transitioning from commodity thinking to infrastructure-as-utility thinking.
Core responsibilities include:
Content & Storytelling: Write and ghostwrite the majority of Volta's public-facing content—LinkedIn posts, blog pieces, and thought leadership—primarily in the voice of the CEO, CPO, and other executives. Own the blog and content calendar end-to-end, including flagship long-form pieces and category-education content. Build a repeatable content production pipeline with briefs, drafts, review cycles, and approvals to ensure consistent publishing cadence. Maintain brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
Social & Community: Own the always-on LinkedIn cadence across the company page and executive profiles on a defined publishing rhythm. Define and build out community strategy—developer, customer, or broader brand community—in partnership with leadership. Track share of voice against competitors in the AI infrastructure space and report on engagement metrics to refine strategy.
Press & Brand: Manage day-to-day press relationships and coordinate with the PR agency on story pitching and placement. Own the analyst and industry-influencer engagement calendar. Partner with leadership to prepare talking points, statements, and messaging for planned announcements. Lead rapid-response triage for social or press issues requiring same-day leadership input.
You bring 5+ years of B2B tech comms, social, or content marketing experience with real executive ghostwriting experience. You have a strong personal writing portfolio and a demonstrated track record of building always-on content programs from scratch. You've built and grown engaged online communities, have prior press or analyst relations exposure (ideally in infrastructure, cloud, or deep tech), and are comfortable operating with minimal existing infrastructure in a fast-moving, pre-Series-B environment. You use engagement metrics and data to refine strategy and can manage multiple channels and priorities simultaneously.
