Salary: USD 150,000 - 170,000 / annual

iCapital is seeking a Senior Content Producer Vice President to join the Communications team. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing high-impact content that translates complex market developments, investment strategies, and industry trends into engaging narratives for advisors, institutional investors, and private wealth audiences. The role blends financial expertise, editorial leadership, and storytelling across multiple channels including video, digital, social, podcast, event, and written content. You will lead editorial planning and guest strategy for flagship content franchises like The Bridge, original series, and special programs. Key responsibilities include developing content aligned with market trends, investment themes, business priorities, and product launches; monitoring financial markets and news cycles to identify timely opportunities; translating complex investment concepts into clear, engaging formats; researching and recruiting industry leaders and subject matter experts; creating interview briefs, talking points, scripts, articles, and social-first content; and providing editorial direction from concept through post-production. You will partner closely with Investment, Production, Creative, Communications, and Marketing teams throughout the content lifecycle, supporting executive thought leadership initiatives that help advisors navigate an increasingly sophisticated investment landscape. The role requires maintaining a newsroom mindset that balances speed, accuracy, editorial rigor, and business impact. The position is based in New York with a hybrid schedule: in-office Monday–Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Friday. **Requirements:** - 10+ years of experience in financial journalism, investment content, business media, editorial production, wealth management, asset management, or related field - Deep understanding of financial markets, portfolio construction, private markets, alternative investments, and wealth management - Proven experience developing editorial programming, booking high-profile guests, and managing executive relationships - Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and communication skills - Strong editorial judgment and understanding of audience engagement across platforms - Demonstrated experience developing and scaling long-form financial content franchises across written, video, podcast, event, and executive thought leadership channels - Experience developing social-first video and adapting long-form financial content for YouTube and other digital and social platforms
