Eleos Health is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, reputation, and pipeline for their behavioral health technology platform. Reporting to the Director of Brand and Content, you will create high-value, engaging content that supports the company narrative, differentiates from competitors, and drives business objectives.
This is an AI-native role where you'll build and operate agentic workflows using Claude and complementary AI tools to automate repeatable tasks, accelerate content production, and surface insights as core parts of your daily work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conceptualizing, writing, and editing diverse content formats: blog posts, articles, guides, ebooks, social media, emails, newsletters, website copy, FAQs, and video scripts
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including subject matter experts, clients, and industry thought leaders
- Creating compelling customer evidence through case studies, testimonials, and videos
- Working cross-functionally with Enablement, Product Marketing, Sales, and other teams to identify content gaps
- Managing social media channels, maintaining calendars, and scheduling content
- Supporting SEO/AEO/GEO efforts through content optimization
- Developing content for speaking sessions and webinars with the Lifecycle Marketing team
- Supporting earned media projects as needed
- Tracking content performance metrics and recommending optimizations
- Staying current on healthcare industry trends and AI content capabilities
You bring 7+ years of content marketing experience in high-growth B2B SaaS/healthcare technology environments, with deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and ability to communicate effectively with healthcare administrators, clinicians, and staff. Strong project management skills, excellent writing and editing abilities, SEO knowledge, WordPress experience, and strong research skills are essential. Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and optimization is required, with experience building agents as a major plus. Experience in behavioral health, hospice, or home health is highly valued.
