ReflexAI is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to own the company's content strategy and editorial engine. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will develop and execute content across the full buyer journey—from category education and thought leadership to customer proof and demand generation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own ReflexAI's voice and editorial strategy, partnering directly with executives and cofounders to develop compelling thought leadership while preserving their distinct voices. Set the editorial calendar, standards, and processes that maintain quality and consistency as volume scales.
- Develop content across multiple formats and channels: blog, social, email, sales enablement, webinars, original research, contributed bylines, and video. Turn customer stories, product insights, and emerging trends into integrated programs.
- Partner with SEO and AI specialists to ensure content is discoverable across search engines and AI surfaces, and work with design partners to maintain high editorial and visual standards.
- Develop thought leadership opportunities in industry and vertical publications, own the awards and recognition program, and raise the editorial bar across the broader marketing team.
- Track content performance, own performance reporting, partner with growth on attribution and pipeline influence, and use data to reprioritize the editorial calendar.
- Work independently and collaboratively across a remote, cross-functional team with minimal oversight, managing multiple priorities and handling complex subject matter with care.
The role offers the opportunity to shape ReflexAI's voice and point of view while building systems and standards that scale. You'll work with an exceptionally smart, ambitious, humble, and kind team solving real problems in AI and workforce optimization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–8+ years in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, with a portfolio demonstrating strong writing, editing, and editorial judgment
- Proven experience developing executive thought leadership content and building trusted relationships with senior executives or founders
- Strong strategic and editorial judgment; ability to identify stories, adapt for different audiences and channels, and maintain high quality standards
- Track record of accountability to outcomes; ability to measure content performance, analyze results, and adjust strategy based on data
- Range across technical, business, and human topics with ability to adjust voice for diverse audiences
- Fluency in modern content discovery (search, social, AI assistants) and ability to integrate AI tools into workflow while maintaining originality and human voice
- Independent and collaborative work style; comfort managing complex and sensitive subject matter
