Filigran is seeking a Senior Content Manager to join Filigran Academy, the learning platform behind XTM One, OpenCTI, OpenAEV, and OpenGRC. Founded in October 2022, Filigran is a fast-growing, fully remote cybersecurity company trusted by over 6,000 public and private organizations worldwide.
In this role, you will own the complete content lifecycle for assigned projects—from instructional design and subject matter expert (SME) collaboration through production, quality assurance, and LMS delivery. This is a hybrid instructional design and production role where you shape the learner experience end-to-end.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing structured learning paths, courses, and certification programs aligned to learner personas and skill levels (beginner to advanced)
- Applying instructional design principles (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy) to drive measurable learning outcomes
- Managing SME relationships across projects, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure technical accuracy and relevance
- Maintaining production cadence: scripting, media production, review cycles, and publishing
- Owning quality within project scope—pedagogical soundness, tone consistency, and learner feedback integration
- Contributing to instructor-led training (ILT) development in partnership with the Customer Training Consultant
- Participating in cross-team harmonization efforts around style guides, tone, quality standards, and templates
- Tracking and reporting project-level metrics: module releases, completion rates, learner satisfaction, and content validation
- Leveraging AI tools and methodologies to enhance content production and workflow efficiency
- Contributing to team-wide documentation and workflow practices
You will report directly to the Director of Content Management and collaborate closely with peer Senior Content Managers, each owning distinct projects. Cross-project initiatives are coordinated through the Director.

- Experience managing multimedia production workflows (video, interactive content, visual design)
- Comfortable engaging directly with subject matter experts and translating technical depth into learner-accessible content
- Highly organized with strong project management instincts; ability to manage own projects without dropping threads
- Proficient in modern content and LMS tooling (e.g., Camtasia, Articulate, Notion, or similar)
- Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment
- Autonomy, ownership, and team spirit
- Bonus: Experience in cybersecurity, open-source, or technical SaaS environments
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI-assisted content production workflows
