Cornerstone OnDemand seeks a Senior Content Consultant to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on content solutions within their learning and talent management platform. You will partner directly with sales representatives to diagnose client needs, structure comprehensive eLearning and content solutions, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects on content solutions, pricing models, and learning strategies
- Achieve quota by connecting organizations to products and services while expanding product line adoption
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives in target accounts
- Understand clients' unique business, performance, and cultural contexts to develop tailored content strategies
- Educate the broader sales organization on the breadth of content solutions, marketplace trends, and adoption metrics
- Provide thought leadership on learning and development strategies that deliver measurable business results
- Maintain high standards of client support, satisfaction, and content renewals
- Successfully manage complex projects with attention to detail and political acumen
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent learning practitioner experience
- Minimum 6+ years in learning, professional services, or content industry roles
- 3+ years working with HR-related software, services, or eLearning providers
- Deep understanding of adult learning processes, methods, tools, and technology
- Strong sales acumen and experience selling HR/L&D/Legal solutions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications with ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and engage senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
