Nivoda is a fast-growing B2B marketplace transforming the global diamond and gemstone industry, processing $300M+ in annual transactions and unlocking a $350B industry opportunity. The company connects buyers and sellers worldwide, operating with a mission to make the historically fragmented and opaque diamond trading industry fair, efficient, and accessible. As Senior Content and Social Media Manager, you will own Nivoda's social media strategy and execution end-to-end, serving as the creative engine behind all marketing campaigns. This is a connective role that bridges marketing functions, ensuring campaigns land as coherent stories across social, email, and other channels rather than disconnected posts. Key responsibilities include: owning social media channels (Instagram as primary focus) from strategy through community management; developing and executing marketing campaigns from brief through launch and follow-through; managing the content calendar to keep all channels synchronized; running "The Modern Jewellers Playbook" newsletter; creating social-first content from larger moments like interviews and product launches; writing short-form copy that resonates with independent jewellers; collaborating with designers and video partners on asset creation; coordinating with paid marketing to amplify high-performing content; and using performance data to continuously refine the content strategy. You will be the glue across the marketing team, ensuring nothing happens in silos. As the team grows, editorial depth (long-form writing, podcast production) will be added alongside you, allowing focus on your core strengths: social, storytelling, and campaign execution. Required: 4+ years running social and content for brands with real ownership of channels and campaigns (not just scheduling); strong storytelling ability to translate ideas across formats; portfolio of social and campaign work, ideally showing channels you grew; excellent writing skills with a human, non-corporate voice; sharp project management to run multiple campaigns simultaneously; comfort working hands-on in small teams and building process from scratch; fluency with modern social and content tools, including AI; data-driven instinct for what performs. Nice-to-have: jewelry industry knowledge; experience marketing to small business owners or trade/craft audiences; hands-on short-form video skills; email/newsletter program experience; community-building background.
