Salary: CAD 110,000 - 150,000 / annual
Cyderes is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in SailPoint Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. This is a customer-facing technical role focused on implementing IAM deployments for enterprise clients. You will work as part of a high-end consulting team, collaborating with Engagement Leads and Project Managers to deliver outstanding solutions that meet client requirements.
Key responsibilities include: delivering technical expertise in Identity & Access Management implementations; gathering business and technical requirements from customers; providing input on functional and technical design; ensuring solutions meet customer specifications; creating delivery documentation including implementation guides, test plans, and runbooks; assisting with pre-sales activities such as proposals and technical proof-of-concepts; managing project alignment with budget and quality standards; identifying customer opportunities; building technical partnerships; and sharing best practices to enhance the IAM center of excellence.
You will report to the IGA Practice Leader and be expected to maintain high-quality work while delighting clients. The role requires deep hands-on expertise in SailPoint ISC/IDN, including implementation, installation, configuration, JML certification, provisioning, lifecycle workflows, application onboarding, reporting, dashboards, RBAC, and access reviews. Technical requirements include database experience (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL), Java/Bean Shell and PowerShell proficiency, web technologies (XML, SPML, SOAP/REST), and UNIX/Linux platform expertise. SailPoint ISC Engineer Certification is required. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days in office.
