As Senior Community Manager, you will build and own voize's end-user community and organic social presence from the ground up. Your mission is to transform care workers' experiences with voize into a movement, making voize the brand frontline workers genuinely love, recommend, and advocate for.
Key responsibilities:
- Build voize's end-user community platform from zero (select platform, seed with power users, manage day-to-day operations)
- Own organic social media for end users: create and publish written content, short-form video, and visuals
- Capture and amplify user stories, testimonials, and user-generated content from real care staff
- Establish voize's social and community playbook (tone of voice, content pillars, cadence, response guidelines)
- Lay groundwork for events, champion/ambassador programs, and key opinion leader partnerships
Required experience:
- 4-7 years owning community and/or organic social for SaaS, healthtech, or purpose-driven brands
- Ideally built a channel or community from scratch
- Strong hands-on experience with community platforms (Facebook Groups, Slack, Discord, WhatsApp communities)
- Hands-on content creator: strong writing skills, capable of producing short-form video and visuals independently
- Authentic, empathetic communicator who can build trust with sensitive, demanding audiences
- Fluent in German; comfortable English communication
