Salary: USD 131,500 - 180,000 / annual
Webflow is seeking a Senior Communications Manager to own internal communications programs and contribute across executive and external communications. You'll report to the Director of Communications and work closely with the Communications Lead.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own day-to-day execution of Webflow's internal communications program, including company-wide announcements, editorial calendar, and recurring communications
- Lead planning and production for major company moments (monthly All Team meetings, Webflow Kick Off, company-wide events)
- Write and edit communications for executives across internal and external moments (employee messages, talking points, presentations, speeches)
- Support major company and product announcements, translating communications strategies into strong execution
- Collaborate across People, EPD, Revenue, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other teams to gather context and develop communications
- Support company changes with communications plans, FAQs, manager materials, leadership messaging, and follow-up communications
- Own and improve systems behind internal communications (editorial calendar, intake process, playbooks, publishing workflows)
- Use AI to reduce manual work and move faster on high-judgment communications work
You'll move fluidly between internal, executive, and external communications based on company priorities. The role requires excellent writing and editing skills, strong communications judgment when working with sensitive or fast-moving information, and experience working directly with senior leaders to turn complicated inputs into compelling communications.
Requirements: 7+ years in corporate communications, internal communications, executive communications, PR, or related role at high-growth tech companies. Exceptional writer comfortable across different voices, audiences, and formats. Experience running communications programs, company-wide meetings, and launches. Strong operator who can move between different types of communications work.
