The Funding Options team (acquired by Tide in 2023) operates a multi-award-winning platform that matches small businesses with appropriate financing from a panel of 100+ lender partners.
You will join the Sales Team as a Senior Commercial Finance Broker, responsible for guiding SME customers through the finance application process and matching them with suitable lenders and products. Key responsibilities include: engaging and managing small business customers throughout their application journey; building and maintaining relationships with commercial lending partners; articulating the Funding Options value proposition and the breadth of available finance products; leveraging your deep knowledge of business finance to understand customer needs and market dynamics; maintaining accurate prospect information in Salesforce; identifying market trends; and sharing customer success stories across the organization.
This is a senior, individual contributor sales role requiring someone with proven experience in commercial finance brokerage or customer-facing finance sales. You should have a demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an obsessive focus on customer service. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, well-organized, analytical, self-directed, and able to work effectively under pressure. You'll troubleshoot issues quickly, establish strong working relationships, and work backwards from targets to ensure execution.
